We begin with a no-obligation conversation with you. This allows us to get to know each other and we have found that by exploring a few questions with a leader we can gain intel into what strategic planning assistance you and your organization might benefit from, which we can overview for you. You decide whether to proceed to discuss the structure of an engagement.
The next step involves working together to structure the strategic planning engagement. We will send you a draft proposal based on the initial conversations. When we receive your feedback on the proposal, we will revise, if necessary, and send back your way. Once there is agreement, we move forward.
To prepare for the engagement and help us better understand your organization, we will ask you to complete a brief information form. This step also typically includes a meeting with you (the organization’s leader) or your delegate, to get us up to speed on where things stand organizationally in relation to the goals of the engagement.
In this step, we will carry out the engagement with you and your organization. No matter the type of strategic planning engagement, we will gather much information as we work through the process with you. Every engagement includes a written report, about which we are happy to address your questions.
